From the simple act of breathing, to healing wounds and tissue damage, the living body continuously uses energy at the cellular level. The body is always moving, and the microvibrations produced from the cells essentially retrieve energy and are involved in immunologic reactions. These biological occurrences produce rapid vibration in the body that will gradually decrease in speed after injury, intense physical stress, long-term fatigue, and time. The aim of vibroacoustic therapy is to restore the cellular energy lost over time, thus improving the overall health of the patient.

Vibroacoustic sound therapy has proven to have significant results benefiting human health both physiologically and mentally. The low vibrations increase cellular movement, thus increasing energy and cellular regeneration in the body.
A vibrating SoundLounge, incorporating advanced technology vibration transducers, permeates healing frequencies throughout the whole body. The sounds are uniquely designed to induce states of deep relaxation and healing. Paired with headphones, the sounds and music effortlessly transform mental and physical states to those of calm, peace and bliss.
What to expect in a session?

​We begin by identifying what it is your system is trying to clarify or heal during the day's session, followed by a short meditation to prepare you for SoundLounge experience.
You'll then remove your shoes and lie on the SoundLounge. Once comfortable, I'll choose healing tracks based on your needs to address the issues indicated and turn on the amplifier to power the Sound Lounge.
You'll begin to feel the gentle vibrational frequencies through the lounge as well as listen to the music through through noise-cancelling headphones.
I'll then leave you in the room to relax, retune and rebalance for a session of around 30 minutes on the SoundLounge. The relaxation response begins between 10-15 minutes and clients report feeling many pleasant sensations, emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. Abstract thinking slows and body and mind awareness expands. You can expect to experience warm, gentle vibrations throughout your body as the vibrations from the lounge pan up and down the body. You may fall asleep and begin to experience clarity and relief of pain or symptoms, inducing a deep relaxation response.

When the track gently fades out you're encouraged to remain in the space of silence and integration, where the body is deeply relaxed and the vibrations begin to fade and then you'll gently return to normal waking state.

The impact of a Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy session can be long lasting. Many reports include feeling as though a deep nights sleep has been had, decreased thoughts, and shifting into a rest and digest nervous system state.
The Healing Tracks

All tracks are composed by Katherine Jameson—sound healer and creator of the Vibroacoustic SoundLounge,
and are uniquely designed to promote an holistic approach to wellness. Intentions are embedded for healing across all levels of functioning: physical, emotional, mental & spiritual. Katherine believes sound is based in physics and in Spirit. Having the correct frequencies to retune and resonate the body is a major aspect of the music, as well as connecting people into their own internal guidance system & soul, allowing them to re-member their truest essence, which is one of health, peace, homeostasis, balance, calm, love.
The basis of each track works on the laws of Physics, ie. Resonance.
A stronger vibration will entrain a weaker vibration. Where there are blockages, dense trapped emotions, energetic charges within your body & energy field, the vibrations of the tracks through the lounge will cause a shifting of your cells to ‘retune’ themselves to their highest vibrational state.
